Payment
We expect payment within 5 working days via Paypal, money order or direct deposit. Payment details are noted on your order confirmation email.
All prices are in Australian dollars.
We are more than happy to post overseas please contact us for a postage quote prior to ordering.
No goods will be shipped until payment has been received.

Exchange
No refunds, exchange at our discretion.
All fabric and dye kits are inspected before shipping, if you find a problem with your order please contact us within 14 days to discuss an exchange. For an exchange - the dye kit must be in the original condition and the fabric must be clean, unwashed and uncut. The return postage of the goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping of Goods
Fairy Fabrics uses Australia Post Registered Mail to deliver your order.
You may pick up your parcel in person if you are in Brisbane. Contact us to arrange a mutually agreeable time and place.
We ship 3 times a week Monday, Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday/Friday depending on orders.

| Lay-by policy
Fairy Fabrics at our discretion will accept lay-by.
Lay-by will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
*Customer must have existing account with us
*An initial 20% non refundable deposit is paid at commencement
*Each lay-by must consist of goods greater than or equal to in value of $50
*Lay-bys must be paid in full 3 months from commencement
*If the lay-by has not been paid in full by the finish date then Fairy Fabrics will cancel the order.
*If the customer has not paid in full by the finish date Fairy Fabrics will at their discretion extend the lay-by if the customer has contacted Fairy Fabrics prior to the lay-by expiring.
